Most of our staff have been working at Olive Tree House for years, enabling us to guarantee not only continuity of care, but also friendly, familiar faces and a warm, family atmosphere where residents can feel truly at home. Amanda Porcel

Registered Manager

Registered manager at both Olive Tree House and Rose Garden since they opened, Amanda brings 40 years of working experience in social care to her role. Very much a people person, she’s dedicated to helping others and passionate about elderly care and the difference it can make to people’s quality of life. From training and mentoring colleagues to building strong working relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community, it’s a positive outlook that also benefits her working relationships.

Ana Rita

Deputy Manager

Ana Rita brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role as deputy manager at Olive Tree House and is committed to going “above and beyond” to help residents and colleagues alike. A team player through and through, she’s worked at Olive Tree House since it first opened in July 2016

Liz

Activities Coordinator

Original, creative and, in her words, “Mad as a box of frogs!”, Liz brings irrepressible warmth, sunshine and laughter to her role as Olive Tree House’s activities coordinator. She’s dedicated to bringing variety, interest and, above all, joy to residents’ daily lives and always looking to come up with new activities whilst sharing a joke and a smile with those around her.
